Shift Keyframes in Time.
Slide selected keys left or right by whole frames.
What it does
Nudge every selected keyframe in time by a whole number of frames - use the quick « ‹ › » buttons for ±1 / ±10, or type a custom frame count. Eases, tangents and interpolation are preserved; time-reversed layers are skipped.

Guide
Use it
Select the keyframes you want to move, then open Shift Keyframes in Time through Command Search. Use the four arrow buttons to move them 10 frames earlier, 1 frame earlier, 1 frame later or 10 frames later. For a custom shift, enter a whole number in Frames and click Shift. Negative values move earlier; zero makes no change.
Selected keys on multiple properties move by the same time offset, using the composition’s frame rate. Values, interpolation, easing, spatial tangents, Auto Bezier and roving flags are preserved. Properties without selected keys and unselected control layers stay untouched. Repeated clicks add another shift each time.
Selection and Undo
Time-reversed layers are deselected and skipped. Select a composition and eligible keys before applying; empty or reversed-only selections show guidance. Native Undo restores the animation change in one step. The deliberate deselection of reversed layers remains outside that Undo.
The custom Frames value is saved after successful Apply. A failed Apply keeps the last successful saved value. Quick nudges use their fixed amounts and keep the custom field value. There are no modifier actions.
