Select Every Nth.

Select every Nth layer in the comp or selection.
Select Every Nth in After Effects

What it does

Selects every Nth layer, counting from the top of the stack: set it to 3 and you get the 3rd, 6th, 9th and so on. Turn on Within selection to count through the selected layers only, top to bottom, whatever order you selected them in. With fewer layers selected than the number you set, it counts the whole comp instead. It replaces the current selection, and locked layers are skipped.
